Qualipac Plus offers custom blister packaging solutions for a vast array of products.  All of our vacuum thermoformed blisters are made from food-grade PVC using either CNC-machined or resin-based casted moulds for uniform quality and reproducability.  We are capable of producing folded blisters with a slip-in backing card and welded blisters with plastic, paper or foil backing.  We are also now also moving into the folded clam blister market.

The production team at Qualipac Plus Bibra Lake can help you with the packaging side of your business, from concept to production and product packaging.  We have a great deal of experience in package design, as well as the ability to custom make hand-made samples for suitability testing.  Once a design has been accepted we can then produce the drawings required to have the mould and cutting dies CNC-routed by our business partners.
